Why do you need a booking fee?

Sadly, many people say they will turn up for an appointment and then don't. Your booking fee is used to secure your appointment and will come off the remaining balance due on the day.

This is dependant on the tattoo artist and the space available during your appointment.

Why can't I see the final design before my appointment?

The reason we don't allow this is because artwork can be then and copied by another tattoo artist.

What's your cancellation policy?

Booking fees are non-refundable but dates/ times can be changed, we need a minimum of 48 hours to reschedule an appointment to avoid losing the booking fee.

What happens if I turn up late?

This depends on how late and how long you were booked for.
If you're booked for a 1-2 hour slot and you turn up 15+ minutes late, you will lose your booking fee and appointment. You will then have to book in again with a new booking fee.
If you're booked for 5-8 hours and turn up late, you will get the remaining allocated time but be charged in full, including the time you missed.

What can I do to prepare for my appointment?

Sleep well the night before, lay off an alcohol or drunk, drink plenty of water and eat something a couple of hours before.
Bring some sweets or fruit, a high sugar drink and maybe a pillow or blanket if you're in for a long time as well as some music or a podcast.

Can I get a large tattoo done on a walk-in day?

It's best to book these in advance as the design time is much longer. We'd suggest anything unto a hand size for a walk-in.

No, we are offering custom tattoos too. Just try to bring defence images etc.
