Booking Terms & Conditions

Booking Fee

Booking fees are payable to secure an appointment, this amount is deducted from the total of your tattoo payable in cash on the day or kept as a cancellation fee in the event you don't show for the appointment or give us at least 48hrs notice to reschedule.

Booking fees are non-refundable, in the event you can't make your appointment time or date we can reschedule you with 48hours notice given by phoning the shop or WhatsApp 07783372019. We can't accept rescheduling by other means such as DM or emails, as we may not see it in time.

You must be over the age of 18 to get a tattoo in the UK.

We will require an original photographic ID such as a passport or driving licence.

We do not accept photocopies, photographs or brith certificates as ID.

Failure to bring the correct ID to your appointment may forfeit your deposit as we cannot tattoo you without it.

Touch Ups

Once your tattoo is done, you will be told how to care fo your tattoo verbally, via email and by clicking here. If you follow these instructions, your tattoo should heal smoothly.

Should you need a touch up, please leave at least 1 month before contacting us. Touch ups are only offered within the first 2 months of the tattoo being done.

We accept booking payments, via an email link, in-store by card or cash.

The remainder payable on the day, is cash only. There are ATM's within a short walk in case you forget.

Pre-designs

As a standard, we don't send any designs or images prior to tattoo day, nor do we allow you to take photos of the design until the tattoo is done. 

This is because sadly some people take other tattoo artists designs and copy them.

If you did want to see a design prior to you appointment, it can be arranged but we would need a much larger deposit. Speak to your tattoo artist regarding this.
