Depending on the value of your order and the postal service you chose, tracking maybe available. If your order doesn't arrive, we will do everything we can to replace any lost items. If the piece you ordered was a one off or last in stock, there may be a wait to restock the item but we will do our best to keep you informed of any wait times.
Packaging
Free Eco friendly gift box with all gold purchases made online.
Our new packaging is made from FSC®-certified cardboard and water-based glue.
The boxes are recyclable once the foam is removed and the foam can go in normal
household garbage. Or why not re-use our packaging by using it to re-gift,
painting it or just using it to store your jewellery neatly and safely.

The gift boxes measure 65mm x 65mm and 17mm high.

All our orders are sent using a 100% recyclable brown paper jiffy bag too.
