**Warranty Process**

To initiate the warranty process, please start by taking high-quality photos of the front and back of your item.

Next, fill in form below with as much information as possible.

We will then reach out to the brand to assess whether they will repair or replace the item.

Once confirmed, you will need to send it to us at:

in secure packaging, signed and tracked, as we cannot be held for lost items.

After receiving the item, we’ll clean, process, and package it before forwarding it to the brand for the necessary actions, and we will keep you updated once we have received the replacement.

We stock various jewellery manufactures each having their own repair or replacement policies.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any jewellery.

We are not liable for any jewellery lost in your possession (even if we fitted it for you), therefore we do not offer replacements for lost jewellery or repairs unless you can present the jewellery to us.

Any jewellery that has been damaged through improper care or carelessness will unlikely be covered or will incur a repair fee according to the manufacturer. This includes damage from using tools on jewellery.

  • Junipurr - Offer a lifetime warranty on all their jewellery. This applies to any defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Buddha Jewellery Organics - Offer a lifetime guarantee for any manufacture defects (excluding chains due to their delicate nature).

All repairs and replacements are only issued once the broken piece is returned to us. You will have to pay the return shipping to us or drop it off in store.

If you don't wish or are unable to collect your jewellery from the store after a repair or replacement  we can post it to you via an insured postal service which we will charge for.​
