We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any jewellery.

We are not liable for any jewellery lost in your possession (even if we fitted it for you), therefore we do not offer replacements for lost jewellery or repairs unless you can present the jewellery to us.

Any jewellery that has been damaged through improper care or carelessness will unlikely be covered or will incur a repair fee according to the manufacturer. This includes damage from using tools on jewellery.

All repairs and replacements are only issued once the broken piece is returned to us. You will hawk to pay the return shipping to us or drop it off in store.

If you don't wish or are unable to collect your jewellery from the store after a repair or replacement  we can post it to you via an insured postal service which we will charge for.
